For Someone Special

Good Monday morning!  It always comes so quick doesn't it??? Today we have a new challenge for you at Lollipop crafts.  The ever great Robyn's Fetish is this week's sponsor and she has 5 digis up for grabs!
It's a recipe challenge this week: Green, brown, ivory, one DP and a handmade flower.

Here's what I have for you this week
The DP was in my stash of course.  I colored Happy Harry with my copics and gave him a bit of inking with some Tim Holtz distress ink.  The ribbons, button and flower are all from my stash.  The sentiment was sent to me as part of a rubber stamp swap on Swap-Bot.com and it was the first chance I had to use it.  I really like how this turned out.  I think it's a great any occasion card for male or female.   make sure you stop by the Lollipop Crafts blog this week and load up your project for a chance to win!

I've entered into the following challenges

Here Come the Boys: Critters
One Stitch at a Time: Anything Goes
Sparkles Forum Challenges: One for the Boys
Cuddly Buddly: Anything Goes

Taking a Papercrafting Journey

As their guest DT for August!  I am very excited to be joining the Paper Crafting Journey team for a couple of challenges this month.  This week it is a photo inspiration challenge using this photo from the ceiling at the Bellagio (I have seen this..gorgeous).  All the details and a link to play can be found on their blog here

The sponsor this week is Digital Delights by Louby Lou who is offering 3 images to the winner.  A great prize!

Here is my card for this challenge

I finally broke open my Echo Park Summer days  6x6 paper pack  for this I just love the patterns and colors.  They really do scream summer! I colored the image using my copics, added some ribbon from my stash and  buttons and baker's twine (from Whisker Graphics).  The thickers were white but I just colored them with my ink pad to fit better for the card.  I hope you like it!

I've entered into the following challenges...

Lollipop Crafts Celebration Blog Hop

Hi everyone!
"It's time for a CELEBRATION!!!  Lollipop Crafts is celebrating their ONE YEAR BLOGAVERSARY and you are sweetly invited to join the fun!

First of all, we are back from summer break with our weekly challenge.  The theme this week is CELEBRATION!  Create a card/project with a celebration theme (ex. birthday, anniversary, wedding, new baby, graduation, etc)  We all have something to celebrate right?  It is the first challenge of the month and that means we are sponsored this week by Meljen's Designs.

One lucky random challenge player this week will win a fantastic prize.  Be sure to link your creations with InLinkz on the LC blog for a chance.  Check out the challenge rules too!

Secondly, it wouldn't be a celebration without some FUN!  Join in on our Anniversary blog hop!  You have until tomorrow (Tuesday at midnight PST) to visit and comment on each DT member's blog.  Make sure you visit each of us because their are hidden prizes (the DT doesn't even know who has the prizes).  Winners will be announced on Wednesday.  List of blog hop sponsors can be found on the LC blog and the master blog hop order is there too!

You should have arrived here from Kim's blog.  If you hopped here by chance, please head over to Lollipop Crafts and begin your journey there.

Using Meljen's Bunbun image (this is so adorable) I created this cute little birthday card.  One can never have enough birthday cards in my opinion.

The DP is from Bazill (Grandma's Feather Bed).  The image is colored with copics with just a hint of paper piecing with the party hat and cupcake.   I also added just a bit of stickles as well.  The ribbon is from my stash and I cut the balloons out using my Celebrations cartridge and then ran them through the cuttlebug with the polkadots folder.  Since my FB win with Whisker Graphics, I've been using a lot of their baker's twine which I incorporated here for the balloon strings.  The sentiment is a stamp set from Hot Off the Press.  I hope you like it!

Now it's time for you to hop on over to  Zulma's  blog to see what she has created for you and don't forget to leave her some some sugar!!"
