Hello Monday Peeps!  Have you stopped by the UYS blog today? Our new challenge is up!  This week we are using triangles!

So I decided to go with a layout today because I really wanted to try a background die cut.  I came across this one from Bits and Pieces .    I thought it would be fun to do a Disney Layout and back the pieces with my Disney papers.  The actual diecut is called Shattered Glass but it has some fun triangle pieces to it.




I used DP from Simple Stories & Echo Park, as well as their embellishments.  The sentiments are die cuts from Stampin Up and the internet.

Vintage Tag for St. Pattys (Challenge Masters DT)

Hey there...so my last tag challenge as the Tag Diva for Challenge Masters, is to create a green tag..it can be any subject as long as it is mainly green...you can check out all the deets here by the way... So this is the one I created. I colored my tag using Pine Needles, Shabby Shutters and Peeled Paint Distress Inks with a little Vintage Photo thrown in. I had printed off a vintage pic from the internet because I really don't have a lot of St. Patrick's Day images. I used the vintage photo on it as well and then the rest of the tag was just made using some bits and bobs from my stash. The DP is some BG I've been using for other projects..The flower I inked up a bit to blend it with the tag and same with the lacy ribbon on the bottom (it was originally beige). Is it Tuesday already?  Have you been to the  Tuesday Morning Sketches blog y et?  Our new sketch is there…. I didn’t want to do a flower for my card, and that’s the great thing about a sketch..you can interpret it the way that you want that fits your style.  I’ve had this Doodlebug Doodlepop sitting on my desk forever and I finally wanted to use it! So I pulled out some random coffee papers from my stash…i think there is mostly Echo Park and some Stampin Up in there.  I added the doodlepops and then the sentiment is from  Ink Road Stamps Head on over to the  blog  and see what the other DT have created.  Don’t forget to leave them some love! Box it, Gift it

Hey there.  It's another new challenge on Lollipop Crafts this week and we are looking for your boxes or gifts. Okay..this is not something I normally make but I did have a good time doing it.  A big thank you to Angie Kennedy Juda aka Chicnsratch on Youtube for her tutorial as that's what I used for my project this week.
