Hi Everyone! Welcome to our first Pile it On challenge of March.  We are being sponsored by the lovely  The Paper Shelter Our theme this week is to create a project where your favorite color is the focus…for me, this is Green!  So I created this fun St. Patrick’s Day birthday card using the Paper Shelter  Giraffes On Holiday  (the St. Patrick’s Day image) I just used some random papers from my stash for this and a couple of different dies for the image and mat…I added some St. Patrick’s day ribbon and shamrock stickers.  The sentiment I printed out on my computer in a Celtic font which I thought went really great with this image! Hippo Birthday-Use It Tuesday Challenge #35

I'm so excited to be sharing with you my first challenge card as part of the Use it Tuesday design team for this term.  Honestly, if you need to be challenged to use that stuff you already have piling up on your desk, this is the blog for you.  You would be surprised how much stuff I have used and not only that, how much stuff I've come across that I had forgotten I've even had. Sooo...this week we are embossing!  Blow the dust off your embossing folders (like I did), dig out that embossing powder, whatever you have laying around.  As always, one lucky participant will be randomly chosen to be a featured guest designer in an upcoming challenge! ***REMEMBER: All of our challenges call for you to use your hoarded supplies! Vintage Tag for St. Pattys (Challenge Masters DT)

Hey there...so my last tag challenge as the Tag Diva for Challenge Masters, is to create a green tag..it can be any subject as long as it is mainly green...you can check out all the deets here by the way... So this is the one I created. I colored my tag using Pine Needles, Shabby Shutters and Peeled Paint Distress Inks with a little Vintage Photo thrown in. I had printed off a vintage pic from the internet because I really don't have a lot of St. Patrick's Day images. I used the vintage photo on it as well and then the rest of the tag was just made using some bits and bobs from my stash. The DP is some BG I've been using for other projects..The flower I inked up a bit to blend it with the tag and same with the lacy ribbon on the bottom (it was originally beige).
