Green Birdie

Hey there all!

It's a bit early but I have a St. Patrick's Day card for you.  It's for our Clean and Simple Challenge over at Cardz4Guyz for you!

I decided to break out my Tim Holtz Crazy Birds stamps and dies along with their little accessories.  I haven't used this set in practically forever!

I colored him with my copics and then cut him out using the co-ordinating dies.  I did a squiggly, hand drawn border and then for embellishments, just a titch of washi, a shamrock and some enamel dots.  The sentiment is from Hero Arts.

Is it Tuesday already?  Have you been to the  Tuesday Morning Sketches blog y et?  Our new sketch is there…. I didn’t want to do a flower for my card, and that’s the great thing about a sketch..you can interpret it the way that you want that fits your style.  I’ve had this Doodlebug Doodlepop sitting on my desk forever and I finally wanted to use it! Vintage Tag for St. Pattys (Challenge Masters DT)

Hey there...so my last tag challenge as the Tag Diva for Challenge Masters, is to create a green tag..it can be any subject as long as it is mainly green...you can check out all the deets here by the way... So this is the one I created. I colored my tag using Pine Needles, Shabby Shutters and Peeled Paint Distress Inks with a little Vintage Photo thrown in. I had printed off a vintage pic from the internet because I really don't have a lot of St. Patrick's Day images. I used the vintage photo on it as well and then the rest of the tag was just made using some bits and bobs from my stash. The DP is some BG I've been using for other projects..The flower I inked up a bit to blend it with the tag and same with the lacy ribbon on the bottom (it was originally beige). Box it, Gift it

Hey there.  It's another new challenge on Lollipop Crafts this week and we are looking for your boxes or gifts. Okay..this is not something I normally make but I did have a good time doing it.  A big thank you to Angie Kennedy Juda aka Chicnsratch on Youtube for her tutorial as that's what I used for my project this week.
