Hey there all! It's a bit early but I have a St. Patrick's Day card for you.  It's for our Clean and Simple Challenge over at Cardz4Guyz for you! I decided to break out my Tim Holtz Crazy Birds stamps and dies along with their little accessories.  I haven't used this set in practically forever! I colored him with my copics and then cut him out using the co-ordinating dies.  I did a squiggly, hand drawn border and then for embellishments, just a titch of washi, a shamrock and some enamel dots.  The sentiment is from Hero Arts. Hello all.... Green is my favorite color so I love ST. Patrick's Day.  However, I don't have a lot of supplies for the day so I don't make a lot of cards. I did give it a shot with some old stuff I had in my holiday box.  The paper is from Reminisce and some Imagination Project from 2005.  I don't even think they are around anymore. The image is a freebie that I got from Miss Kate Cuttables called Happy Pot O Gold :)  I just did a flatten in my design space. The ribbon is just from Michaels and the stamp is from Stampin Up (Greatest Greetings) I created this for the Paper Play Sketches challenge this week.

It's all about the green this week at Creative Corner Challenges .  It's my month to host and with St. Patrick's Day coming up my challenge this week is Go Green.  You have to have something green on your project.  An easy challenge to be sure, so I hope many people sign up.  I'm even offering a little prize this week. Here's my card for this week's challenge.   Surprisingly, with St. Pat's being one of my favorite holidays (purely for the green factor) I don't have a lot of St. Pat's stuff.  I had green paper but nothing to go with it.  I printed off this image from Bugaboo Stamps as it was offered as a freebie although now I think it is for purchase in the store, thank goodness and the shamrock i cut out using my Cricut.  This is a really simple and flat card because it's doing double duty.  Not only is it for this challenge but I need to mail it out for a St. Patrick's day swap on Swap-bot.com.  The paper was all from my stash ...

Hey there...so my last tag challenge as the Tag Diva for Challenge Masters, is to create a green tag..it can be any subject as long as it is mainly green...you can check out all the deets here by the way... So this is the one I created. I colored my tag using Pine Needles, Shabby Shutters and Peeled Paint Distress Inks with a little Vintage Photo thrown in. I had printed off a vintage pic from the internet because I really don't have a lot of St. Patrick's Day images. I used the vintage photo on it as well and then the rest of the tag was just made using some bits and bobs from my stash. The DP is some BG I've been using for other projects..The flower I inked up a bit to blend it with the tag and same with the lacy ribbon on the bottom (it was originally beige).
