Here is my card for this week's challenge using Ella the Mermaid..such a cute image! I used some BG DP  from my scrap box (**sigh** yes I'm still trying to go through all my scraps)for this and cut the waves out of scrap cardstock  using my Going Places cricut cartridge ( I think this is the first time I've ever used it).  I colored Ella with my copcs and just added some bling.  The stamped sentiment is just a stamp set I picked up eons ago. ...
