Good Monday morning!  It always comes so quick doesn't it??? Today we have a new challenge for you at Lollipop crafts.  The ever great Robyn's Fetish is this week's sponsor and she has 5 digis up for grabs! It's a recipe challenge this week: Green, brown, ivory, one DP and a handmade flower. Here's what I have for you this week The DP was in my stash of course.  I colored Happy Harry with my copics and gave him a bit of inking with some Tim Holtz distress ink.  The ribbons, button and flower are all from my stash.  The sentiment was sent to me as part of a rubber stamp swap on Swap-Bot.com and it was the first chance I had to use it.  I really like how this turned out.  I think it's a great any occasion card for male or female.   make sure you stop by the Lollipop Crafts blog this week and load up your project for a chance to win! I've entered into the following challenges Here Come the Boys : Critters One Stitch at a Time: Anything...

It's challenge day at Lollipop Crafts. Sorry for the late post but I have a sick little boy.  :(  Our sponsor for this week's challenge is Digi's with Attitude! Oh they have such cute stuff! The theme Kris picked this week is to Bling it! You've got it and we want to see it. Anything that sparkles and shines, rhinestones, glitter, stickles, whatever! Any project will do, you don't have to just create a card, you can do an ATC, a 3D project, altered art ...it's limitless Here's my card for this week's challenge.  I have been working on some circle journals so I decided to use the scrap paper I had left over to create my challenges this week.  It was fun to see what I could come up with. I've entered into the following challenges: Make it Monday: Anything goes Stamps R Us: Going...

You can check it out here ..very simple and easy to do! Thanks Angie!  Her blog is here You can check out the DT projects here as well as the details for this week's challenge. Our sponsor this week is Meljean's Designs .. Oh I love her stuff.  I just used some orange cardstock I had and stamped it with the stars of my Stampin Up basic backgrounds stamp.  The image was colored with copics and then chalked.  It was then put on a border cut from my spell binders and the die cut stars were from a swap I did on Club CK.  The stamped sentiment is from my Stampendous sentiments set.  I hope you enjoy this and look forward...

A Lollipop Shape Challenge

Image
Good morning all..it's Monday so another new challenge over at Lollipop Crafts .  Our great sponsorthis week is Just Some Lines and they gave us some images to work with.  We're doing a non square/rectangle card/project this week...so if you have one that has a shape to it, make sure you enter it into our challenge on the blog. Here is mine this week I cut the shape out using my A Child's Year cartridge on my cricut.  That cart is great for cutting out shapes.  For something different, I had tried coloring the images using my chalks and my blender pen...It didn't work out quite the way I wanted it to, other than in the hair, so I went over the images with my glitter and stickles instead because the shine matched the bit of glitter in the DP I used.  To finish it off, I just used some buttons and flowers in my stash, a die cut butterfly that was white and inked green and then a few pearls.  The stamped sentiment is just from an old set I have and use qui...

So here is my dainty little piece. I have no idea why I decided to do a Christmas card.  I think it's because I had that embossed piece of cardstock and really wanted to use it up.  I had seen an all white card in a magazine I picked up recently and loved the look of it so I knew I wanted to try that as well.  So this is what I came up with.  The cardstock is embossed with a cuttlebug folder.  The lace is actually cut off from a big ...
